Help us sniff out the best name for our new bloodhound, a friendly, floppy-eared dog who has joined the South Fayette Township Police Department! The female dog has a keen sense of smell and will respond best to a name that is short (one or two syllables) and easy to say. Police Sgt. Mike Wesolek, the dog's handler, will choose the winning name from all of the entries. The citizen who submits the winning dog name will be invited to have their photo taken with the bloodhound for South Fayette Connect magazine. Entry deadline is 9 a.m. Mon. Dec. 11.
