To reduce the effects of COVID-19 through the holiday season, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health Dr. Rachel Levine have issued special restrictions for three weeks, from 12:01 a.m. Sat. Dec. 12 to 8 a.m. Mon. Jan. 4.
In summary, they include:
- No school extracurricular activities
- Indoor gatherings: 10 people maximum
- Outdoor events: 50 people maximum
- No indoor dining (can do takeout and outdoor dining)
- Closure of entertainment venues, gyms and similar facilities
- Retail capacity: 50% or less
