A planned momentary power outage will occur sometime between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. Fri. Nov. 9, affecting 1,219 electricity customers in South Fayette Township in the vicinity of Cuddy, McDonald, and Morgan, according to First Energy/West Penn Power. The purpose is to upgrade facilities.
