On Tuesday, August 23, West Penn Power is planning a brief power outage to upgrade facilities. It will affect 32 customers in the vicinity of Hudson Street and Myrtle Street in South Fayette Township between 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Customers will be notified of the outage via a phone message.
