A.

Discuss and Consider SP-01-2025 South Fayette Township School District Bus Depot, Preliminary and Final Land Development Application, Parcel 405-G-7, Zoned R-2.

The proposed project involves the development of a new bus depot facility for the South Fayette Township School District at 4434 Battle Ridge Road. The project includes construction of a two-story bus depot building with an integrated maintenance garage, bus wash bay, and support facilities, as well as associated site improvements including paved parking areas, stormwater management infrastructure.

discuss and consider resolution 2025-16, authorizing the township manager as signatory on the PennDOT reimbursement agreement for the Bridge Street Bridge Replacement Project

Discuss and Consider a motion to approve Resolution 2025-17, authorizing the Township Manager to submit a grant application to the Multimodal Transportation Fund grant in the amount of $685,700 for the Old Oakdale Sidewalk Program
